Blood Letting Project 2006

The Tau Gamma Phi / Tau Gamma Sigma University of Santo Tomas Chapter have organized a Blood Letting Project. It was good opportunity for the Chapter to give service by donating our blood for those in need. Project held 26th of November 2006,Sunday at the Headquarters of the Philippine National Red Cross, Bonifacio Drive, Port Area, Manila 2803.

Libro Para sa Kinabukasan II

bookdrive.jpgTAU / Triskelion Alumni of UST, Tau Gamma Phi / Tau Gamma Sigma UST Chapter conducted its second Bookdrive Project for the year entitled: “Libro Para sa Kinabukasan 2” held last October 24, 2006 at Labas Bakod Boy’s Town in Anastacia Village Marikina and the main beneficiary was the Public Library of Ministry of Living Believer’s of Christ.  The Ministry is headed by Bro. / Pastor Carlito “Lito” San Jose and also the founder of Anastacia Community Chapter.

The Chapter donated some seven (8) boxes of reference, story and activity books. The residents also prepared games and story telling for the kids. The event was also well attended by the alumni. Representatives from Bro. Diether Ocampo’s K.I.D.S. Foundation also observed the activities. Aside from the books, STARPAPER Company donated 100pcs notebooks, 100pcs Crayons and 200pcs Leone Pencils for the community. Marikina Mayor Sis. Marides Fernando (UP Diliman Chapter) was invited but was not able to attend due to earlier commitments.
