Congrats Bro/Mayor Jon Jon Villanueva (USTHS Chapter)

BOCAUE, Bulacan — The son of Brother Eduardo “Eddie” Villanueva, leader of the protestant-based Jesus is Lord Movement, has won the mayoral race in this town.
Bro. / Mayor Eduardo “Jon Jon” Villanueva Jr., garnered 18,319 votes while his closest rival, incumbent Vice Mayor Kennedy Valdez, got 12,420 votes. Third was reelectionist Mayor Serafin de la Cruz, who received 7,785 votes. Bro. Jon jon’s running mate, Jose Santiago Jr., also won with 15,147 votes.
Bro. Jon Jon was the top councilor 1998. He became mayor in 2001 but was defeated by De la Cruz in 2004. His brother, Bro. / Congressman Joel Villanueva also a fellow Triskelion won as Party List representative for Citizens Battle Against Corruption (CIBAC).
