Blood Letting 2007 & Family Picnic
Still with the hangover of the Book Drive, the Thomasian Triskelions, the next day, November 25, 2007 gathered at the Head Quarters of Philippine National Red Cross in Manila for the “Annual Blood Letting”.
Although not everyone was able to donate blood for some reason, the Thomasian Triskelions has always been committed to this socio-civic endeavor. Who knows, someday this Triskelion blood might save someone’s life.
After two days of work, we enjoyed the picnic at the Fort Santiago Picnic grounds. Ang lalakas kumain….marami sigurong nakuhang dugo!
We all savored the late lunch, prepared by the Thomasian Triskelions. Adobo, pancit and lechong manok (courtesy of Shoe Mart), fruit juice was the “Menu for the Day”. It was quite a cold afternoon (typhoon Mina and Lando) that day and the location was very conducive for relaxation.
