The “salo-salo” will be remembered because of the activity that was held.  The boys introduced themselves to us - their names…. where they were from…. and their dreams….

The boys were given t-shirts as souvenir.  Storytelling of “Kala-kalahati” - story about sharing blessings, Art theraphy session - water coloring, Gift-giving - art & school supplies for the boys.

Salo-salo was such as fiesta courtesy of Bro. Alan Cruz(UST ‘86/Calgary), Bro. Donnie Arteta ans Bro. Louie Arguelles… Pancit, shanghai, menudo, fried chicken, embutido, Jollibee kiddie meals and Greenwhich pizza.

Kuya Project is just one of the many projects lined up just before the Fraternity’s 40th Founding Anniversary.  Last September 20, 2008 Thomasian Triskelions had and Art therapy and Story telling session at AFP Medical Center and the same project was done at the UST Hospital last September 25, 2008.  The Thomasian Triskelions also participated in the National Bloodletting Drive at UERM last October 1, 2008 where Tau Gamma Phi and Tau Gamma Sigma campaigned for the Guiness World Record for the biggest blood donation by a Fraternity and Sororiy.

Our frat/ sorority has been imitated countless times by the rest but never equalled! We blazed the trail others just follow. Let’s continue setting trends and see to it that we are “Primus Inter Pares” (First among equals). To all brods and sis, happy 40th anniversary! Long live Tau Gamma Phi!
