It was Saturday morning, January 16, 1999 when armed men abducted my older brother Edgar Bentain (TAU GAMMA PHI UST Chapter Batch 1986) outside the Casino Filipino of former Silahis Hotel along Roxas Boulevard in Manila. It will be the 6th year of his mysterious disappearance on Sunday. My family still remains in the dark as to any clues of Edgar’s whereabouts, nor real condition. We are asking the government, What now?

Triskelion Hymn

Bro. Ben Beltran, our beloved brother from the University of the Philippines to whom we credit the co-authorship of the Triskelion Hymn above, is no longer with us. He was shot to death by some unknown assailants on Saturday, August 21, 2005 in Manila.

Thomasian Triskelions met with Sis Mitch (Adamson Chapter) and Bro. Joffrey (NDMU Chapter) last January 22, 2010.

Sis Mitch is now based in Canada while Bro. Joffrey is based in Kuwait. Both are active members in their respective councils.

Also present during the fellowship are brods and sis from other chapters.

Mabuhay Tau Gamma Phi at Tau Gamma Sigma.
