Outreach Project at Elsie Gatches Village
TAU / Triskelion Alumni of UST and Tau Gamma Phi and Tau Gamma Sigma UST Chapter had and Outreach Project at Elsie Gatches Village in Alabang last April 10, 2010.
The only government center for the mentally challenged persons. It provides care and rehabilitation to abandoned, neglected, children with special needs such as cerebral palsy, epilepsy, visual and hearing impairment, mental retardation, autism an other related illnesses. The center was established last February 3, 1964. It has 14 cottages that can accommodate up to 470 clients at a given time.
The said Outreach Project was done to commemorate the Tau Gamma Sigma UST Chapter’s 39th Anniversary.
